Who This Program Is For

This program is designed for women who have experienced or may be at risk of domestic violence, harassment, or unsafe situations.

What We Teach

Participants learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu based self-defense, situational awareness, boundary setting, and practical strategies to respond safely under pressure.

Our Approach

Our training is trauma-informed, supportive, and focused on empowerment - not aggression. We create a safe environment where confidence and control are built progressively.

Community & Support

We aim to collaborate with community organizations, support networks, and local initiatives focused on women’s safety and wellbeing.
